We recognise that a commercial garden is a vital part of the 'first impression' that customers and site visitors see when they arrive at your location. StrataMow is experienced at keeping gardens clean and neat so that the surrounds of your building communicate professionalism even if your industry has nothing to do with gardening.
Do we always get the same gardeners for our work?
Yes! The same team will always give you consistent care with every visit, because they will know your property’s needs.
Do you do gutter cleaning?
No. Unfortunately gutter cleaning is not part of our garden maintenance service offering. The equipment required for us to service buildings of all shapes and sizes is too vast.
Do you do landscaping or design?
Our service is simply for garden maintenance across Brisbane. StrataMow does not offer significant landscaping work. However, for properties we care for, we can undertake small planting projects within the scope of equipment that we have.
Do you do re-mulching/barking of gardens?
Yes, for properties we look after on a regular basis, we love to give them a lift with fresh bar / mulch for the garden areas. This falls under our garden maintenance service for body corporate and commercial properties.
Do you do tree lopping?
Our gardeners are skilled at and insured to work with cuts up to 3.5m above ground level. For trees and palms above this level you will require an arborist (tree specialist).
Do you only do strata (body corporate) work?
Yes. Our business focus is strata garden maintenance and commercial property garden maintenance only.
Do you pull weeds out?
Generally, the most effective way to get rid of weeds is to spray them when small, and kill them all the way down to the root. However, if there are tall weeds with seed attached, we will remove them, and spray the base if they break away.
Do you take away green waste?
Yes! We remove green waste. Unless you specifically request to leave green waste behind (for a compost heap), we always include the removal of significant green waste resulting from our garden maintenance work.
How can we pay for SrataMow services?
StrataMow can post or email your invoice, and accept payment via cheque or direct transfer through your bank.
Do you only do strata (body corporate) work?
